Process Reengineering for Healthcare Supply Chain Professionals

This intermediate level module take place in a webinar format and provides an in-depth look at advanced aspects of supply chain. Topics include:
- How to re-engineer a process
- The impact of culture, attitude and behaviours
- The difference between IT and business process
- What to expect from the individual leading the process reengineering initiative
The session will be held virtually on Saturday, August 20th from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Refund/Transfer Policy
A full refund will be issued on cancellations received in writing at least 10 business days prior to the module start date; thereafter, no refund is available. An administration fee of $150.00 is applicable if notification is received between three and nine days prior to start date. Transfers to future sessions are permissible when received in writing three business days before the module start date. Transfer credits must be used within one year of original purchase date.
