Program at a Glance
This module three will focus on Process Reengineering and RFP creation for Healthcare Supply Chain Professionals. Topics covered will include:
- Process reengineering to increase value to the organization. Even minor changes in business process can have dramatic impacts on cash flow, service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Working session on creation of a formal RFP, work will be broken out to creation of strategy, compiling the RFP requirements and posting RFP.
- Working session continued with closing RFP, stages of RFP, analysis, and evaluation, awarding the RFP, creating the contract, and contract management.
This course will be held virtually on:
- Friday January 17, 2025 from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM ET
- Saturday, January 18, 2025 from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM ET
- Saturday January 25, 2025 from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM ET.
Refund/Transfer Policy
A full refund will be issued on cancellations received in writing at least 10 business days prior to the module start date; thereafter, no refund is available. An administration fee of $150.00 is applicable if notification is received between three and nine days prior to start date. Transfers to future sessions are permissible when received in writing three business days before the module start date. Transfer credits must be used within one year of original purchase date.
