Ben Hughes 

With 20 years of engineering experience in a wide range of industries, Ben helps companies digitally transform by leveraging the power of automation and simplifying business processes for SAP customers.  Past experience includes working with many manufacturers to deploy automation solutions on plant floors, developing automated residential lighting systems, and developing custom control systems for the US Navy and Coast Guard. Ben currently leads our Newtown Square S.Factory.

Rakesh Gandhi

Innovation Enthusiast and Digital practitioner with 25+ Years Manufacturing Industry experience. Past and present experience includes working with SAP since 2003 driving innovation in CX, Mobile, IOT and most currently driving customer success for their  Digital Supply Chain and Industry 4.0 innovation journey. Prior experience with Siemens deploying plant automation and multiple other organization and SAP consulting roles. Rakesh currently oversees our North America Experience Centers. 

Sujit Hemachandran

With 15 years of experience in technology teams of Mobile, Integration, IoT cloud communications & in the CTO’s office where Sujit was responsible for operationalizing the D2O and S2P work streams, and formulating the intelligent enterprise technology guidelines. Sujit has donned various roles in his SAP career: product manager, product owner, solution manager, market entry lead, technology expert at the CTO’s office and now as an Industry 4.0 digital transformation expert and thought leader.

Jay Jonnagadia

With 25 years of SAP experience and implementing SAP solutions across industries like Aerospace & Defense, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, High Tech, Utilities, and Life Sciences. He has deep domain expertise in Logistics, Sales, Service, and e-Commerce.

Matt Ruff

Graduated with an engineering degree and spent his early career learning the ins and outs of cocoa & chocolate processing. Matt has 25+ years of consulting experience with SAP’s Manufacturing Portfolio & is a previous owner of SAP’s Model Company for Connected Manufacturing. Currently, Matt is focused on optimizing and integrating business processes and showcasing SAP’s strengths to customers.
