Daniel Fabiano, Partner, Fasken

Daniel Fabiano is a partner with Fasken, practicing out of their Toronto office.  His law practice is focused on public procurement and privacy/information protection.  In his procurement practice, Daniel frequently advises a wide range of public and broader public sector clients in a variety of sectors – helping them meet trade agreement and other legal compliance requirements, document the bidding process, draft and negotiate contracts, as well as manage and mitigate procurement risks and bid disputes. Daniel also advises clients in innovative procurement methodologies and related strategies, and has authored a range of provincially funded resources, guides and templates.  Daniel is also an exert on privacy and freedom of information laws.
