Program at a Glance
This intermediate level module take place virtually and provides an in-depth look at advanced aspects of supply chain. Topics include:
- Common tendering and contracting templates,
- Value analysis to support fiscal sustainability
- Matching service levels with performance metrics
- Key RFP elements and risks
- Identification and discussion of procurement risk
- Contract negotiation.
Sessions will be held virtually on Monday and Wednesday's beginning November 3, 2025 thru to and including November 19, 2025 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. (ET)
Member Price $750 + Tax
Non-member Price $1,050 + Tax
Refund/Transfer Policy
A full refund will be issued on cancellations received in writing at least 7 business days prior to the module start date; thereafter, no refund is available. An administration fee of $150.00 is applicable if notification is received between three and nine days prior to start date. Transfers to future sessions are permissible when received in writing three business days before the module start date. Transfer credits must be used within one year of original purchase date.
