Supply Chain Canada - Annual General Meeting:
To: All Members
TAKE NOTICE that the twelfth Annual General Meeting (the “meeting”) of Supply Chain Canada (the “Association”) will be held virtually on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 5:30pm EDT for the following purposes:
- To receive, and if thought fit, to adopt the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of members held on September 26, 2024
- To receive the Report of the Chair of the Board of Directors.
- To receive the Report of the President and CEO.
- To receive and consider the financial statements for the Association for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025.
- To appoint the Association’s auditors for the ensuing year.
- To approve the Slate of Directors.
- Board Chair’s Question and Answer Session. Members are invited to submit any questions they may have for the Board Chair in advance of the meeting. Questions may be submitted no later than September 16, 2025, to: [email protected]
- To transact such other business that may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
- Adjournement
The AGM will be livestreamed with on-the-spot voting which will enable full and convenient participation. To participate in this virtual event, please register no later than 12 noon EDT, Wednesday, September 17, 2025.
Copies of materials when available can be accessed by logging on to the members’ only section of the Supply Chain Canada website at: portal.supplychaincanada.com. The materials are accessible from the “National Office Document Centre” menu under the “Resources” section.
Members who are unable to participate in the livestreaming event are requested to complete, date and sign the form of proxy, available in the member’s only section of the Supply Chain Canada website, and return by email: [email protected]. In order to be valid, proxies must be received no later than 12 noon EDT, Wednesday, September 17, 2025.
