2026 SCMP NATIONAL EXAM

EXAM OVERVIEW:

The exam is the last step in attaining the SCMP designation. It evaluates the ability of candidates to strategically apply the knowledge that is presented in the Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) Designation Program, as well as the skills gained through a candidate’s practical experience. Candidates will provide evidence of their strategic thought processes by responding to a full case study in a real-world scenario. The exam will focus on the synthesis of supply chain strategy in a full business context.

ELIGIBILITY:

Eligible individuals are those who have successfully completed all coursework requirements as well as the SCMP Leadership Residency, and for whom the SCMP National Exam is the last step in the SCMP Designation Program.

DATE/TIME: 

The SCMP National Exam will be held on Saturday June 20, 2026. Writers will be given 8 hours from their start time to finish the exam, the exam will be accessible from 8:00am ET to 8:00pm ET.

LOCATION:

Virtual Platform, held once per year.

COST:

Fee: CAD $849 + applicable provincial tax.

Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund without penalty for cancellation or withdrawal if the request is received in writing up to 14 days before the start date.

Refund with Fee: You are eligible for a refund minus an administration fee of $150 for cancellations or withdrawals received in writing between 6 and 13 days of the start date.

No Refund: No refund is available for cancellation or withdrawal within 5 days of the start date.

Candidates will be receiving confirmation and information regarding the process for writing their exam, from the National office towards the end of May. Please check your emails frequently so you do not miss any instructions.
