Notice of Annual General Meeting
To: All Members
TAKE NOTICE that the thirteenth Annual General Meeting (the “meeting”) of Supply Chain Canada (the “Association”) will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 4:15pm EDT at the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, 1 Rue des Carrières, Québec, QC G1R 5J5 for the following purposes:
- To receive, and if thought fit, to adopt the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of members held on September 18, 2025
- To receive the Report of the Chair of the Board of Directors.
- To receive the Report of the President and CEO.
- To receive and consider the financial statements for the Association for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.
- To appoint the Association’s auditors for the ensuing year.
- To approve the Slate of Directors.
- To confirm the location of the 2027 Annual General Meeting.
- Board Chair’s Question and Answer Session. Members are invited to submit any questions they may have for the Board Chair in advance of the meeting. Questions may be submitted no later than May 25, 2026, to: [email protected].
- To transact such other business that may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
- Adjournment
Members are invited to attend the AGM in person or online. We are pleased to offer livestreaming and live voting to allow members who are unable to join the meeting in-person to participate.
Copies of materials when available can be accessed by logging on to the members’ only section of the Supply Chain Canada website at: portal.supplychaincanada.com. The materials are accessible from the “National Office Document Centre” menu under the “Resources” section.
Members who are unable to participate in the in-person or livestreaming event are requested to complete, date and sign the form of proxy, available in the member’s only section of the Supply Chain Canada website, and return by email: [email protected]. In order to be valid, proxies must be received no later than 12 noon EDT, Tuesday, May 26, 2026.
